Your account and your stores

• Connect only store accounts you have the right to connect, and keep your keys and passwords safe.
• You are responsible for the teammates you invite and what they do in your workspace.

Your data stays yours

You own your store data and your listing copy. You let RocketASO process them to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to your store listing

Store access is read only until you turn on publishing for a store. After that, a change reaches the store only when you confirm it, or when you turn on an automatic rule yourself. You are responsible for what is published, and Apple's and Google's own review and rules still apply.

Estimates are estimates

Dollar values, benchmarks, test durations and readouts are worked out from your reports and published averages. They help you choose; they are not promises of results. Store search ranks are read at one moment and can differ by device, country and time of day.

Plans and billing

• Prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans start with 14 days free, without a card.
• Payment runs through Stripe. Cancelling stops the next charge.
• If App Store changes made in RocketASO have not been credited with at least what you paid after 90 days, the next quarter is free.

Fair use

• Do not try to get into other customers' data, test the service's security without telling us first, or overload it.
• Do not resell access, and follow the App Store and Google Play terms for the accounts you connect.

Availability and liability

We work to keep RocketASO running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and store APIs can change or fail without notice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending and changes

You can delete the account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can. When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
